China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) cleared Microsoft's 5.4 billion acquisition of Nokia's Devices & Services Businesses with conditions on April 8, 2014. IPR contracts:

  1. Hop-on signed a patent license agreement for Android and Chrome devices from Microsoft.
  2. Hop-on has signed and secured a license agreement with Nokia.
  3. Hop-on has also signed and secured a license agreement with Nokia Networks.
  4. Hop-on and Vringo signed a FRAND License Agreement.
