Chinese OEM Manufacturer Takes Equity in Hop-on

IRVINE, CA, Dec 09, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Hop-on, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HPNN) announced today that a Chinese OEM Manufacturer has taken equity in Hop-on.

Peter Michaels, President and CEO of Hop-on, stated, "We have been working on this deal for months. The Chinese company brings international banking relationships, technology, OEM manufacturing experience, working capital and additional channels of distribution."

The new equity partner will bring in a new CFO and other executives to assist Mr. Michaels in achieving his vision for Hop-on. Michaels further stated, "Part of the agreement includes restricted shares for our new partner. The details and terms, including Sales and Revenues derived from this deal will be made available in a future Disclosure Statement to be issued."
